What we need to cost your part
The more complete your request, the more accurate and faster the quote. None of these points is a blocker: if anything is missing, we will ask you for it.
A 3D file (STEP, IGS) and, if possible, the dimensioned 2D drawing (PDF, DXF, DWG) showing the tolerances.
The grade you need — 316L stainless steel, 7075 aluminium, HDPE… — and whether you supply the material.
The number of parts and, for a series, the call-off rate (e.g. 500 parts per year).
The date by which the parts must be at your site.
Tight tolerances, surface finish, treatment, 3.1 material certificate if you need one.
