A part without a drawing? We start from the part
Send a photo and a few dimensions, or drop off the worn part: we measure it and reproduce it identically by reverse engineering. Wear parts can then be held in buffer stock at our premises under a framework agreement.
Materials
HDPE · POM-C · PA6 · PEEK · 7075, 2017, 5083 aluminium · 304, 316L stainless steel. EN 10204 3.1 material certificates and safety data sheets on request, for your compliance files and supplier audits.
What your lines demand, what we hold
- Tolerances: IT5–IT6 routinely on functional diameters (threaded rings, sealing surfaces, sliding fits), with no external grinding.
- Surface finish: Ra ≤ 0.4 µm depending on geometry, down to Ra 0.2 µm on a polished bore.
- Cleaning: flush countersunk stainless steel screws, aligned holes, removable design for maintenance in production.
- Inspection: inspection report on request, each dimension photographed where it was measured.
170 HDPE pucks for a filling machine, delivered in 4 days
The context. One Monday morning, a cosmetics production site calls us: an unexpected overload on a packaging line, and a new format to launch. It needs 170 HDPE pucks for a PKB filling machine before the end of the week.
- Monday. The material is already in stock at our workshop. Drawings and a prototype are approved with the customer by video, with no travel. Production starts the same day.
- Tuesday to Thursday. Batch machining, dimensional inspection, packing of the parts.
- Friday. Delivery to the customer. The line starts up with the new format on schedule.
