MAZAK horizontal machining centresHCN 5000 (two), HCN 4000 and H400: 4-axis machining, pallet changer, batches run back to back without tying up the machine.
Large formatSBC DBA milling machine: whole plates up to 2,100 × 3,100 mm in a single set-up, held by vacuum clamping. VTC 200C vertical machining centre, 1,660 mm X travel.

Projects for special-purpose machines

Cartoner tooling — locking finger and suction cup. Mirror-polished stainless steel, aluminium and polycarbonate, ISO 2768-mK, on the HCN 5000 and DUFOUR milling machine, in 3 to 4 weeks.
Sterilisation cage — food-grade aluminium, laser cut and bent, then machined on a CNC machining centre, ±0.05 mm, 450 parts in 3 weeks.
Fixture base plate — aluminium, to drawing, on the HCN 4000, in 2 weeks.
Star wheel and orienting unit — anodised aluminium, MAZAK centres, one star wheel and 50 pucks in 3 weeks.
